You are required by Positive Image Clinic to read and understand all Terms & Conditions associated with Positive Image Clinic prior to placing orders through our website.
When an order is placed/received with Positive Image Clinic it signifies your acceptance and satisfaction of those Terms & Conditions set out. We may make changes to the Terms & Conditions without giving notice, you should review the Terms & Conditions from time to time to ensure you are happy with any changes made.
Our Guarantee To You
At the Positive Image Clinic we are committed to customer care and satisfaction, we want you to be 100% happy with your shopping experience with us. Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase(s) or service from Positive Image Clinic then please do not hesitate to contact us either by phone or email and we will do our very best to help in any way we can, see below for guidance on refunds and exchanges.
Refunds & Exchanges
Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase(s) ,you have 14 days from the day you receive your purchases to send the item(s) back for a full refund or exchange.
All we ask is that the item(s) are sent back within the time frame stated and are in a re-saleable condition as when you received them. You will understand that all items should still have intact any tags or hygiene stickers (for health & safety) in order to receive a refund.
In the case of wigs we ask that you should avoid getting hair products or makeup on the wig when trying on as we will be unable to accept wigs that are marked in any way. We recommend trying wigs using clean hair and a scarf or pop-sock can be used to protect the product from marking / damage. All labels should be kept intact.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
We do our best to ensure that your purchases reach you in perfect condition however should you receive your purchase(s) in a damaged or faulty condition we will swiftly replace your product(s) as soon as we receive the damaged one(s) we may also be able to reimburse you the cost you incur for postage only if you are satisfied that you are keeping the product(s).
Please ensure you fill in the relevant returns part that is at the bottom of your invoice, detach and send with your parcel, this is vital as it states your name and customer number, please include your reason for return. Cost of returning any product(s) to the Positive Image Clinic should be met by the customer although the cost of sending a replacement will be met by the Positive Image Clinic

Standard UK delivery is charged at £5.95 or £14.95 for delivery to highland Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Scilly / Channel Islands
All in stock items aim to be despatched the same day, please allow 7-7 business days for delivery. Some items are not always available in stock and a short lead time may be required for particular product / colour combinations. We will contact you via email to inform you of any delays over 7 days and you have the full right to cancel your order if required.
Payments are made online using Secure Trading, a trusted, secure online payment system. We do not store your credit card information and all personal information is kept safe and secure. We do not pass this information onto third parties.

VAT on medical wigs
You may be able to claim the VAT back on certain wigs that are used as a result of specific medical conditions (such as chemotherapy, alopecia or certain postoperative conditions). If your order may be allegeable, we will include a VAT claim form with your goods. It is your legal responsibility to complete the form accurately and once we have received an allegeable, signed form we may refund all or some of the VAT on your order.
